India’s former cricketer and director of IISM, Nilesh Kulkarni has launched first ever National Anthem featuring the Sporting Heroes of India. The video features India’s former batting legend Sachin Tendulkar, Sunil Gavaskar, tennis star Sania Mirza, Mahesh Bhupathi, hockey legend Dhanraj Pillay, football captain Baichung Bhutia, Olympic medal winner and shooter Gagan Narang and wrestler Sushil Kumar.

The video “The Sport Heroes” has been shot in Mumbai, directed by Abhijit Panse, produced by Kulkarni alongside his wife Rasika Kulkarni. The video features the national anthem sung by eight well-known sports personalities. What National Anthem means to other players were also shown in this short video message. The video’s message is to inspire our young generation to play sport, because it teaches you not just to compete, but bounce back too.
