Team ‘Sairat’ to promote film on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’

It’s a GOOD NEWS for all Sairat fans, for the first time on “The Kapil Sharma Show a regional film or you can say a Marathi movie will be promoted. The cast and crew of “Sairat,” who recently visited Dubai for their blockbuster hit film will appear on Kapil Sharma’s latest comedy show “The Kapil Sharma Show” which airs on Sony Entertainment Television at 9pm on Saturday & Sunday.

In past we have seen many Bollywood celebrities and television actors were seen appearing on the show before their big release of the film or projects. We are happy to share that this time a Marathi will be promoted on the comedy show. Sairat is one of the biggest blockbusters released this year. Apart from being a huge commercial success, the film is also garnering rave reviews from celebrities and movie-goers.

The team “Sairat” director Nagraj Manjule along with actors of the film Rinku Rajguru (Archie) Akash Thosar (Parshya), Tanaji Galgunde (Langdya/Balya), Arbaz Shaikh (Salya) will be the next guests on Kapil’s show. The music directors of the film Ajay-Atul will also join the squad on the show.

As per the sources, while giving interview for his upcoming release “Housefull 3” actor Riteish Deshmukh praised the Marathi film and compared the box office success of “Sairat” with Bollywood’s biggest blockbusters like “Dhoom 3” and “3 Idiots.”
He also said,”Sairat is the first Marathi film to cross Rs 50 crore, and that’s huge! And of what I hear, I am sure it will cross Rs. 75 to 80 crore. To keep things in perspective, when you talk about such figures in Maharashtra and the territory it belongs to, the success of ‘Sairat’ is almost equivalent to a Dhoom 3 or 3 Idiots,”
